At Cold Wild Swim Club, we believe returning something should be just as easy as ordering it.
We're a small independent brand, and we genuinely appreciate every order. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to put it right.
All UK return postage is completely FREE, courtesy of Cold Wild Swim Club.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to send your item back.
If your order arrives in separate deliveries, your cancellation period normally starts when the final item arrives.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
We've made returning your order as straightforward as possible.
Don't fancy a trip to the Post Office? No problem!
We'll arrange for Royal Mail to collect your parcel directly from your doorstep.
Simply package your item securely and have it ready for collection on the arranged date.
Collection availability is subject to Royal Mail's service in your area.
Prefer to drop your parcel off yourself?
We'll email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label along with instructions for returning your parcel.
Simply attach the label to your securely packaged item and drop it off at an eligible Royal Mail location.
We cover the full return postage cost. You won't pay a penny.
If you don't have access to a printer, our doorstep collection service is available as an alternative.

All returned clothing must be in clean, unworn and as-new condition, except for trying it on to check the size and fit.
We ask that returned items are:
You're welcome to try your clothing on at home, just as you would in a shop.
Clothing must not be worn for everyday use before being returned.
These conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your rights concerning faulty goods.

Please note that this is our postal returns address and not a customer drop-off location.
Once your return has been received, or you've provided evidence that you've sent it back, we'll process your refund within the applicable legal timeframe.
For cancellations covered by your statutory rights, refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned item or evidence that you've sent it, whichever comes first.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Where required by law, we'll also refund the original standard delivery charge. For partial returns, any refund of the original delivery charge will depend on the circumstances.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
There are no return postage fees or administration charges.

As our clothing is made to order, replacement availability and delivery times may vary.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us.

We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Any necessary return postage will be covered by Cold Wild Swim Club.
Please contact us before sending faulty or incorrect items back so we can arrange the best solution.
Our clothing is made to order, helping us reduce unnecessary waste and avoid producing excess stock.
Although our products are made specifically when ordered, this doesn't affect your statutory cancellation rights for standard, non-personalised clothing.
Any genuinely personalised or bespoke products may be subject to different cancellation rules, where permitted by law.
